I’m Sascha, a Lifestyle & Travel Photographer based In my hometown of Brighton.
From my earliest memories, I've been drawn to capturing life's moments through a lens. My attention is always tuned to the earth’s subtle artistry from the delicate dance of light and shadow to the ever-shifting hues of the changing seasons. In every frame I capture or curate, my aim has always been to encapsulate these moments into what I consider visual poetry.
My journey into photography begun at the age of 16 at college. My camera quickly became an extension of myself, accompanying me on every trip I took. Capturing the essence of my travels and encapsulating moments in visual diaries became an intrinsic part of my narrative. Storytelling lies at the core of my craft. My work carries a raw, natural warmth, designed to stir emotion and capture the soul of a moment.
At the heart of my work is connection to people, places, and stories. I believe the most meaningful creations come from shared vision and values, and I strive to make every image, every styled space, an authentic reflection of the people behind it. My aesthetic leans towards a warm and inviting palette that evokes nostalgia.
My love for photography began in childhood and deepened at 16. As a young child, I spent hours looking through old photo albums, a nostalgic ritual that shaped me into an old soul. From the time I was around 3 years old, my grandad taught me the art of noticing and appreciating beauty in the everyday. We rarely used a car, so we walked everywhere, and along the way he would point out details that might otherwise go unnoticed.
My grandad, an artist himself, was a deep thinker, explorer and had an infectious lust for life. He filled albums with his own photographs always writing messages alongside them, and carried a curious spirit that continues to inspire me. His influence taught me to live with presence, to appreciate beauty in its simplest forms, and to capture life with soul. Photography has become my way of honouring that legacy, a meditative practice of noticing, of telling stories not just as they are, but as they feel.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to create imagery that doesn’t just document, but evokes a feeling, photographs that invite you to pause, breathe, and remember the beauty of life as it unfolds
I work with creatives who align with my values, as well as eco-conscious and independent brands and individuals, telling stories through photography that feels both intimate and timeless. I value building a genuine connection with the people and projects I collaborate on, approaching each project with warmth and a holistic eye. Making people feel at ease is central to my process, allowing moments to unfold naturally and authentically.
