Hello!
I’m Sascha, a multidisciplinary, nature-led creative based in Sussex.
From my earliest memories, I’ve been drawn to capturing life through a lens. I’ve always had a natural instinct to notice the details, the way light moves across a room, the changing colours of the seasons, a fleeting expression, a weathered texture, or the quiet beauty of an everyday moment. I’m interested in the things that can easily go unnoticed, and in turning those moments into what I think of as visual poetry.
My journey into photography began at 16, when I studied it at college. My camera quickly became an extension of myself, accompanying me on every trip and becoming a way of documenting the places, people and experiences I encountered. Travel naturally became part of my visual language, and storytelling has remained at the heart of my work ever since.
My imagery carries a natural warmth and a sense of nostalgia. I’m drawn to honest, imperfect and atmospheric moments, images that feel lived-in rather than overly polished, and that create a feeling as much as they tell a story.
Over time, my practice naturally evolved into a multidisciplinary career spanning photography, interior design, prop sourcing, set styling, creative direction and content creation. I work closely with brands, businesses, stays, makers, practitioners and retreats to create thoughtful, visually rich content that communicates who they are and what they stand for.
Since embracing full-time freelancing in early 2025, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with people and businesses from different corners of the world who share my values around slow and considered living, sustainability, nature and community. I’m particularly drawn to female-led businesses and spaces that are created with intention, places that invite connection, creativity, rest or simply a different way of being.
A nature-led approach
Nature is a constant thread through both my life and my creative work. I’m deeply inspired by the natural world, its rhythms, textures, seasons and ability to bring us back to ourselves. I work intuitively, paying attention to the energy of a space, the people within it and the small details that make something feel uniquely its own.
I’m interested in creating imagery that feels honest and unforced. Whether I’m photographing a woman in her creative space, documenting a retreat within nature, capturing a considered interior, or creating lifestyle imagery around a table, I want the work to feel like an invitation into that world.
My grandad is one of my biggest creative inspirations. A deep thinker with a genuine sense of wonder, he taught me from a very young age to slow down and notice. On our walks together, he would always point things out for me to see , details in nature, stories in places, things that might otherwise have passed unnoticed. He was deeply connected to nature, people, stories and travel, and I think that way of seeing has stayed with me. In many ways, he is woven into everything I create.
Movement and wellbeing have also become an important part of my life. In 2025, I became a qualified yoga teacher, bringing together nature-led slow flows, somatic movement, breathwork and sound. This has deepened my understanding of presence, energy and creating spaces where people feel comfortable, grounded and able to be themselves.
At the heart of my work is connection, to people, places, nature and stories. I believe the most meaningful creative work comes from shared values and a genuine understanding of the people behind it. My aim is always to create something that feels like an authentic reflection of that person, place or brand: thoughtful, soulful and rooted in a sense of place.
Values
-
It’s important for me to work as sustainably as I possibly can within my business.
Whether its how I travel, the products I source or the types of brands I choose to collaborate with, I always work with sustainability and conscious consumption in mind.
I am drawn to thoughtful, timeless work rather than trend-led ideas.
-
Inspired by natural materials, textures, light and the slower rhythms of the natural world. I’m drawn to work that feels grounded, tactile and authentic, with an appreciation for craftsmanship, seasonality, sustainability and a thoughtful relationship between people, nature and place.
-
I like to work with respectful lovely likeminded people who make working together a fun and inspiring collaborative process.
-
I believe the best creative work comes from kindness, trust and genuine collaboration.
-
I love supporting and collaborating with other likeminded women, working together to empower each other in the work that we do.
-
Showing support and working with independent businesses is something I care about alot.
I love working closely with the founders, artists & makers to capture the essence of their brand/work in order to create work we are both proud of.
